Online Training Programme
In my many years as i personal trainer, i have trained 100’s of clients, but i have ambitions to help as many people as i can achieve their health and fitness goals. Unfortunately the amount of clients i can see face to face is limited by the amount of hours in the week. This is why i have developed my Online Training Programme, where the amount of clients i can help is limitless!
My Online Training Programme is delivered via a private Facebook group. My aim with my Online Training Programme is to create a community of people who, along with my experience, guidance and knowledge, can all help and support each other on their health and fitness journeys.
With access to my Online Training Programme you will receive:
- 3 video workouts per week. The workouts will be posted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and they will require little to no equipment so you can follow along with them where and whenever you like. There is no need to be a member of a gym.
- Monthly sample meal plans. Each month a new 4 week sample meal plan will be posted to the group with healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas for you.
- 24/7 facebook chat support. If you have any questions or queries regarding the Online Training Programme or your health and fitness goals, i am only a message away to help you.
