Reverse Grip BarBell Bent over Row
This is a great exerxcise for strengthening and toning your arms and back.
Place a Barbell on the floor in front of you. With your feet shoulder width apart, bend down and take hold of the bar with your palms facing out shoulder width apart.
Keep your legs bent and your back parallel to the floor, pull the bar up to your stomach, then lower the bar down so your arms are straight, thats one rep.
Do not let the Barbell touch the floor untill you have completed the required number of reps. Keep your head up and your back straight for the duration of the exercise.
